All returns must be authorized before they will be accepted.  There are no returns on clearance or sale items.

If you wish to return an item, simply e-mail, phone, or fax us a Request for Return message and include the following:

1. The invoice Number from your order.

2.  The Description of the item(s) you wish to return.

3.  The reason for the return.

4.  A copy of your invoice must accompany your return before it will be accepted.

5. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Exception: Defective merchandise
